New World Bank Head

Jim Yong Kim
Jim Yong Kim was chosen to be President of the World Bank (WB) from 01 July 2012.
He is the first physician and Asian-American to head the WB.
Kim was born in Korea and grew up in USA
The 52 year old specialist in HIV/AIDS with a Ph.D. in Anthropology has experience in health issues and development with his experience as Dartmouth College President.
